【HRBP不管用】德勤下属人力资源研究机构Bersin日前发表文章指出:调查表明HRBP并没有能达到设置的预期目的,原因有:HRBP缺乏相关商业知识;缺乏足够的权力;缺乏获取外部资讯能力;有太多变形。文章并提出了HR转换模型的建议:
